Introduction Yangjie Technology recently launched a new generation of To-247-4L packaged 1200V discrete IGBT for automotive applications. The product adopts a new generation of micro-trench process technology, greatly optimizing the device's conduction loss, with good parameter consistency and excellent reliability. In addition, to suit PTC applications on high-voltage automotive platforms, the creepage distance between the CE terminals of this product has been optimized.

2. Voltage rating of 1200V, current rating of 40A@Tc=100℃;
3. Low conduction loss, suitable for medium to low frequency applications;
4. Strong short-circuit capability;
5. Ptimized CE creepage distance, reaching over 8mm;
For traditional TO-247-3L devices, the CE creepage distance is about 3mm.
After adopting the TO-247-4L package, the device's CE creepage distance increases to over 8mm, greatly enhancing the suitability for high-voltage platforms in electric vehicles.
